Placing an order constitutes an offer. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders for incorrect pricing, availability issues, or suspected fraud

  • Limit quantities on a case-by-case basis

If we cancel your order after charging you, you will receive a refund not exceeding the amount paid.

Your purchases must be for personal use, not resale.

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
They exclude shipping, handling, customs, or taxes.

You agree to:

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to you when the package is handed to the carrier.

SECTION 12 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell products to you.
Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with Meeros Rich Bite.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to these practices.

SECTION 19 — ONE WEEK CLAIM LIMIT

Any claim related to the Services or to products purchased from Meeros Rich Bite must be filed within one (1) week of receiving the order. 
Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

SECTION 20 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Meeros Rich Bite, its employees, and partners from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of third-party rights

SECTION 21 — BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims court cases.

You agree to:

  • Waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitration

  • Bring claims only in an individual capacity

  • Submit disputes under the rules of the American Arbitration Association

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Meeros Rich Bite.

SECTION 25 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
